该可变衰减器/分束器由直径为50.8毫米的UV FS薄膜布鲁斯特型偏振片组成,该偏振片反射s偏振光,同时透射p偏振光,并安装在分束器安装座840-0056-12和石英零阶(光学接触)中。半波片直径25.4毫米(用于飞秒应用)或零级空气间隔半波片(用于高功率应用),其放置在旋转的偏振片支架840-0190-01中,并放置在入射的线性偏振激光束中。
可以通过旋转波片来连续改变那两个分离且不同的偏振光束的强度比,而无需改变其他光束参数。可以在很宽的动态范围内控制出射光束的强度或其强度比。可以选择P偏振以获得较大的透射率,或者当透射光束发生较大衰减时可以反射高纯度s偏振。
840-0056-12运动学安装座允许将薄膜Brewster型偏振片的入射角(AOI)调整为±4.5°,并获得较大的消光对比度。支架位于杆,杆支架和可移动基座820-0090上。
距桌面的光轴高度可以在78-88 mm的范围内调节。可以提供其他高度作为定制,以将标准杆和杆架更改为更高的高度。
